To submit a grant request, please use the online form linked in the yellow box below. You will receive a confirmation email after your request has been received.
Due Dates
In an effort to streamline the grant application process, our team has updated our grant deadlines for the rest of 2024. Please see below for the updated grant application deadlines.
A member of our Community Impact Team will follow up within two weeks of the review date unless otherwise noted. KZCF generally considers one comprehensive Grant Request per organization on an annual basis.
Your Grant Request must be completed in one session; you will not be able to save and return to the online form later. We recommend you answer the questions in a document first, then copy and paste it to the online form. A Grant Request template is available for download here.
Note: We recommend a maximum of 400 words per question. This is a recommendation, not a requirement. You will receive a copy of your Grant Request by email shortly after it has been submitted.

Already a KZCF grant recipient?
Login to your Agency Profile and view your previous grant requests on our Grantee Portal.
If you received your first grant in or after 2020, your agency has not been set up with a login. You can reach out to Kari Benjamin Hamann to set up your profile, or we can send your previous request(s) to you in a PDF format.
